I have a lot of experience working with parents who are looking to better their connection with their children, no matter the age. I also am very gifted in working with couples/partnerships and helping you to become more attuned to one another for a more harmonious life. I utilize a mixture of Mindfulness, Attachment Theory and Internal Family Systems Therapy to help coach or counsell you in our partnership and time together.

4 Session Package

Get started by getting support around a common struggle you are facing in parenting, in your relationships or individually. Partner with me to help you navigate the recurring pattern and struggle you are facing so you can gain some clarity, tools and skills that allow you to adapt in ways that will create a lasting change in your daily life.
Acclimate
8 Session Package

Partner with me to tackle a few of the recurring patterns that are causing disconnection in your parenting journey, your relationships or with yourself. We all want to feel connected and some of our core wounds have created patterns that we need support in learning how to identify and shift to a place that is rooted in safety and security. I would recommend this for someone who wants to become familiar with what is going on in their nervous system in order to make lasting behavioural changes.
Aware
12 Session Package

Go all in and take the time to really transform your life. You are ready to do some inner work that will have lasting effects on how you show up in the world. Partner with me to work on a deep level of awareness and harmony with your own system so that you can show up as a parent, a partner or in your community from a place that is grounded, empowered and whole.

Single Sessions

As a supervisor with IFSCA, I absolutely feel honoured to support Therapists and Coaches who are ready to take their IFS journey deeper. If you would like some additional support in integrating what you are learning from your IFS Stepping Stones, Stepping Deeper or other offerings of Internal Family Systems certifications I am here for it all!
Payment Policy
Sessions can be booked through the calendar app, by clicking “Book Now”. Payment can be made by e-transfer to briar@attachmentlabs.com. If you are selecting one of the discounted packages, the first session is $100. Further payment instructions and administrative details will be explained in the first call. Rescheduling or cancelling of appointments must be done within 48 hours of the appointment time, to be eligible for a refund. Payments not received prior to scheduled appointments will delay the session while payment is settled.
