About the Work

Energetically I am a Life Doula Coach and Compassionate Counsellor, now serving therapists, coaches and conscious practitioners who are ready to rise into their most authentic, expansive selves.  With a background in Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Attachment Theory, I have spent years supporting mothers through the complexities of healing, self-discovery, and nervous system attunement while they learn to heal the wounds passed down through their lineage/culture/life experiences and co-create their life from a more conscious and centred place.  
 

What I have come to understand is this:
The people who hold others also need someone to hold them - deeply, consistently, and with utmost care. 
 

My work now focuses on guiding fellow practitioners to support them in sustaining their service toward coherence, expansion, and authentic presence so that the ripple effect of their own rituals are amplified with ease and clarity. The presence, passion and persistence you bring requires supports put in place that hold us in the most tender and true ways.  This is not about fixing, but a weekly ritual/practice of remembering who you are.  The more whole, conscious and embodied you are, the more powerful your ripple effect is on the world.

We can know all the things, but integration, embodiment and living it out is our offering and our legacy.  Together let us find coherence in mind+heart+gut.

Each client receives a personalized sanctuary that includes:​
 

* 1:1 Weekly 1 hour session​ - A dedicated time to attune deeply to what's present in your internal and external world: the invitations of life's longings. 

* A live document that is organic in its unfolding, evolution and sacred records - a living creative space to explore and honour your truths and innermost world. 

* Optional weekly check-in/attuned message from my heart - Tailored attunement and care between sessions; you do not have to hold it all alone.
